    I am a huge fan of Jason Won and his mission. I am a PT & health coach as well and I was drawn to Jason due to the fact we serve similar niches. Jason is helping me with my business & my health and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have done coaching in the past but his expertise exceeds them all !

    I highly recommend this podcast & Jason to you if you are looking to take your health or business to the next level.

    Dr. Jay provides many mind changing beliefs on the perception and experience of pain. He ties that in with the benefit of addressing important aspects of life such as health, relationships, mental wellness, stress management, etc. Balance is key. Pain is multi factorial.

    Dr. Jay debunks the myth that pain signals that one should stop moving. He explains in a simple manner why pain actually can and should be addressed through movement and exercise. The information seems counterintuitive, but Dr. Jay’s knowledgeable explanations have convinced me that I don’t need to live with my neck and knee pain forever.
