  • Stop Interrupting!

I really want to listen to the important information these guests share, but the host literally is ALWAYS interrupting them. Literally. Always. Please LISTEN as a host and after you ask a question, just let the guest be silent and ponder the question… Too often the host asks a question and before the guest can answer, she fills space by continuing to add into her last question. The host needs some etiquette training in how to be a host

  • Needs Balance

I like her podcast but I would like to give constructive criticism. She needs to stop cutting off her guests. She interrupts them too much. Let the guests say full sentences. You can tell she’s passionate but needs to have a balance of give and take. Also, her ad on the protein bars cringe with the sound of the wrapper please just advertise without the bar in your hand.

The Constant Chatter About Food in Your Brain Has a Name. And There Is a Fix for It.
Q: What are the top three changes users report when using Evolv, aside from weight loss?
Users report a calming effect with reduced food noise, improved sleep quality, and less chronic inflammation, which collectively improve daily energy, mood, and overall quality of life.
The Constant Chatter About Food in Your Brain Has a Name. And There Is a Fix for It.
Q: What differentiates Evolv EV1 from other GLP-1RAs in terms of safety and side effects?
EV1 is engineered to be an all‑natural product with canonical amino acids, avoiding overstimulation of GLP-1 receptors, which reduces harsh side effects observed with some oral GLP-1RAs and injections; users can adjust dosing day by day.
The Constant Chatter About Food in Your Brain Has a Name. And There Is a Fix for It.
Q: How did you decide to start Evolv and move from injections to an oral form?
The founders recognized that injections were costly and impractical for many people, so they sought to translate the GLP-1 mechanism into an oral, more accessible format that could be used by healthy individuals for preventative health rather than just treating disease.
She Dissolved Her Filler and It Collapsed Half Her Face. Now She Won't Touch Them
Q: How do you determine if a patient will respond well to these laser treatments?
Response depends on individual healing tendencies, sun exposure, skin type, and the specific energies used. In general, patients with proper baseline care and avoidance of overstimulation tend to heal quickly and see better results over time, especially when layered with supportive skincare and maintenance.
She Dissolved Her Filler and It Collapsed Half Her Face. Now She Won't Touch Them
Q: What's your take on lasers for melasma, and are there lasers you avoid?
Melasma requires skin prep and sun protection; some heat-based or overly aggressive lasers can trigger flare-ups. Acoustic and certain non-ablative lasers are preferred for melasma because they minimize inflammation while still delivering results when used with proper patient selection and prepping regimens.
