I appreciate the information shared, however, many times it is really confusing to know what are the key things that you need to do. It looks like there’s always a new supplement, a new suggestion.

  • Ad concerns

FYI- your podcast’s (4/16/26) first ad before it plays is an Ashley Madison ad about their sleazy app for having marital affairs “discreetly”. This does not align with you and your beliefs. It might be time to make a change.

Enjoy the knowledge you share though!!

  • Great info!

I’m learning so much from Dr Jockers about being as healthy as I am able. “We do what we can in the natural and let God take care of the supernatural”…saw this quote recently 🙂

  • Love podcast, but…

I love Dr. Jocker‘s functional nutrition podcast. Lots of good information and delivered in a very engaging style. However, could you please take out the sound effects? It’s very distracting when listening to the podcast. Thanks!

4 Secrets to Reduce Inflammation, Burn Fat and Reboot Your Metabolism with Ben Azadi
Q: Why is metabolic flexibility important and how do you achieve it?
Metabolic flexibility means your body can switch between burning carbohydrates and fat with minimal stress. You achieve it by gradually fat-adapting, then using strategic fasting and feast days to retrain the metabolism, while avoiding long-term rigid ketosis that can stress the thyroid and hormones.
4 Secrets to Reduce Inflammation, Burn Fat and Reboot Your Metabolism with Ben Azadi
Q: What is keto, really, and why is it more than just a diet?
Keto is a metabolic process that shifts your body from burning sugar to burning fat, enabling ketones to fuel the brain, heart, and muscles. It's powerful when used correctly, but the goal isn't simply to maximize ketone readings; it's to reach and maintain metabolic flexibility and fat-adaptation.
The Hidden Link Between Gut Health and Hormonal Imbalances with Dr Ivonne Boujaoude
Q: What is the estrobalome and why is it important for estrogen metabolism?
The estrobalome is the group of gut bacteria involved in estrogen metabolism; microbes can activate or deactivate estrogen through enzymes like beta-glucuronidase, influencing how much estrogen circulates in the body.
The Hair Loss Hormone Connection and How to Restore Healthy Hair Naturally
Q: Is hair loss one size fits all, or are there multiple causes?
Hair loss is multifactorial, with genetics playing a role, but hormones (DHT, estrogen, progesterone), thyroid health, stress, insulin resistance, and even anemia all contributing, so a personalized, multi-pronged approach is best.
The Gut-Muscle Axis: Lose Weight, Heal Your Gut and Build a Super Body with Dr. William Davis
Q: How does the microbiome influence weight and body composition?
The microbiome modulates energy harvest, inflammation, and insulin sensitivity. Restoring keystone microbes like certain Lactobacillus strains can reduce visceral fat, improve metabolic markers, and support muscle maintenance by lowering endotoxins and enhancing gut barrier function.
