I appreciate the information shared, however, many times it is really confusing to know what are the key things that you need to do. It looks like there’s always a new supplement, a new suggestion.
FYI- your podcast’s (4/16/26) first ad before it plays is an Ashley Madison ad about their sleazy app for having marital affairs “discreetly”. This does not align with you and your beliefs. It might be time to make a change.
