I absolutely love this podcast. Dr. Motley has such a soothing voice and he gives really great info for how you can incorporate herbs and daily habits into your daily routine. I’ve followed some of his herbal advice in the past and it worked like a charm. Definitely would recommend this podcast to anyone who trusts that the body can heal and is looking to increase their health.
I listen to several different podcasts about health but THIS ONE is the best hands down! EVERY TIME I listen to an episode I am able to learn more about what I am dealing with that traditional practitioners have no clue about. This show has been invaluable for me. So grateful for it.
I’ve listened for months. But today, God used you and your guest to speak to me. To let me know that it was Him that led me to pray along with a meditation on Gods physical protection one entire night I couldn’t sleep. That it was Him that protected me and why I walked out of a botched surgical spinal injection, that it was him who put my acupuncturist into my path the day I wanted to assume this was what life would always be, and that it is He who continue to heal me. Amazing insight into how our bodies thrive.
I appreciate that Dr.Motley understands the importance of recognizing that humanity is body, soul AND spirit! To not comprehend that, is to perpetually miss the fullness of true and complete health!

The show leans into an East-meets-West approach to health, pairing traditional healing wisdom with modern science to tackle chronic wellness issues. Episodes frequently explore holistic therapies, biohacking, trauma-informed care, and practical lifestyle changes—often with a focus on root causes like inflammation, hormonal balance, gut health, and environmental exposures. Noteworthy is the willingness to discuss controversial topics (e.g., root canal theories, fascia with traditional medicine, and AI in health) and to blend clinical anecdotes with actionable steps, product mentions, and self-care routines that listeners can apply immediately. This mix likely attracts healthcare professionals, holistic practitioners, and health-minded indivi... more
