  • So good

I absolutely love this podcast. Dr. Motley has such a soothing voice and he gives really great info for how you can incorporate herbs and daily habits into your daily routine. I’ve followed some of his herbal advice in the past and it worked like a charm. Definitely would recommend this podcast to anyone who trusts that the body can heal and is looking to increase their health.

  • The BEST

I listen to several different podcasts about health but THIS ONE is the best hands down! EVERY TIME I listen to an episode I am able to learn more about what I am dealing with that traditional practitioners have no clue about. This show has been invaluable for me. So grateful for it.

  • Thank you.

I’ve listened for months. But today, God used you and your guest to speak to me. To let me know that it was Him that led me to pray along with a meditation on Gods physical protection one entire night I couldn’t sleep. That it was Him that protected me and why I walked out of a botched surgical spinal injection, that it was him who put my acupuncturist into my path the day I wanted to assume this was what life would always be, and that it is He who continue to heal me. This is going on this... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ask Your Doctor These 4 Words Before You Take a Statin with Dr. Philip Ovadia
Q: What test can individuals use to assess insulin resistance early?
A fasting insulin test is inexpensive and informative; a value in the double digits suggests high insulin resistance and elevated future risk, allowing earlier intervention.
Ask Your Doctor These 4 Words Before You Take a Statin with Dr. Philip Ovadia
Q: How effective are statins in primary prevention, and what should patients know about risk reductions?
Statins provide a very small absolute risk reduction in primary prevention (often around 0.4% for a typical patient), and advertised relative risk reductions can overstate benefit without considering absolute risk and potential harms.
Is Your Child Dysregulated? This Therapist Calls for a 30-Day Family Digital Detox
Q: How do you measure progress or success in these digital detox programs?
Progress is observed through observable shifts in family interaction, reduction of screen-driven conflicts, improved sleep and attention, and sometimes decreased reliance on medications, as neurofeedback and nutrition are integrated.
Is Your Child Dysregulated? This Therapist Calls for a 30-Day Family Digital Detox
Q: What role does ketamine-assisted therapy play in treating parental trauma and improving family dynamics?
In a medically supervised setting, ketamine helps reduce defensive survival patterns, allowing patients to access buried memories and trauma more safely, which then supports better processing and healthier family interactions post-therapy.
Is Your Child Dysregulated? This Therapist Calls for a 30-Day Family Digital Detox
Q: How does a 30-day digital detox work in practical terms for a family or executive team?
It involves sit-down agreements to dramatically reduce screen time, replace entertainment with activities that foster connection, monitor energy and boredom, and progressively reintroduce meaningful routines like family meals and collaborative activities over the month.
