I absolutely love this podcast. Dr. Motley has such a soothing voice and he gives really great info for how you can incorporate herbs and daily habits into your daily routine. I’ve followed some of his herbal advice in the past and it worked like a charm. Definitely would recommend this podcast to anyone who trusts that the body can heal and is looking to increase their health.
I listen to several different podcasts about health but THIS ONE is the best hands down! EVERY TIME I listen to an episode I am able to learn more about what I am dealing with that traditional practitioners have no clue about. This show has been invaluable for me. So grateful for it.
I’ve listened for months. But today, God used you and your guest to speak to me. To let me know that it was Him that led me to pray along with a meditation on Gods physical protection one entire night I couldn’t sleep. Amazing insight into how our bodies thrive.
I appreciate that Dr.Motley understands the importance of recognizing that humanity is body, soul AND spirit! To not comprehend that, is to perpetually miss the fullness of true and complete health!

A health-focused show that blends ancient healing traditions with modern science to tackle holistic wellness, immune health, thyroid and hormonal balance, brain health, and detoxification. Episodes commonly feature practitioners or founders in traditional Chinese medicine, functional/natural health, and biohacking, often presenting personal health journeys alongside practical protocols. Notable is an East-meets-West approach, practical at-home therapies, and a willingness to challenge conventional medicine while emphasizing lifestyle, circadian rhythm, and emotional wellbeing. This makes it useful for listeners seeking integrative health perspectives, practical steps, and credible guest expertise.
