  • The life saver

Dr Axe has saved my life. I’m sure I would be dead by now if it wasn’t for him. I used to get really sick for 3-4 months a year and have multiple health issues ranging from leaky gut to cavities and tooth aches all the time and just figured this was normal for me. Started using his protocols and I haven’t had a cold that lasted longer than a day or two. My teeth are healthy and never hurt. I continually keep coming back to Dr Axe for advice about any health issues I have and he never steers me i... more

Why Are Kids So Sick Today? The 5 Things Every Parent Needs To Know | Dr. Tony Ebel
Q: What are the top five actions parents should take in order to optimize a child's health, as discussed by the guests?
First, focus on nervous-system repair and regulation; second, emphasize movement-based therapies; third, remove toxins and clean up nutrition; fourth, address dental health and airway issues; fifth, identify and manage secondary infections that can derail progress.
Why Are Kids So Sick Today? The 5 Things Every Parent Needs To Know | Dr. Tony Ebel
Q: What is the dominant cause driving chronic conditions like autism and ADHD in today's kids, according to Dr. Tony Ebel?
The root cause is a combination of birth trauma, early nervous-system stress, and environmental factors that keep the sympathetic system dominant; genetic explanations are insufficient, and restoring parasympathetic function through nervous-system regulation is the first critical step.
Harvard Doctor reveals #1 Cause of Aging You've Never Heard Of | Dr. Andrew Salzman
Q: From a dietary standpoint, what are the best food sources that help supply NAD and creatine?
Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) is a principal source, but the body can make NAD; precursors like NR and NMN can be used, though absorption and intracellular conversion vary; creatine is obtained from diet and produced in the liver, with supplementation helping when levels decline with age.
Harvard Doctor reveals #1 Cause of Aging You've Never Heard Of | Dr. Andrew Salzman
Q: Walk everybody through exactly what NAD Plus is and how it connects to our cells and mitochondria.
NAD is essential for every ATP molecule produced in the mitochondria and also participates in many other cellular processes, including repair and antioxidant defenses; without adequate NAD, energy production and DNA repair falter, contributing to aging-related decline.
Nature’s Ozempic: Eat These Foods To Kill Cravings & Burn Fat!
Q: What exactly is GLP-1 and why should we care about it for weight loss and metabolism?
GLP-1 is a gut-released hormone that signals fullness, helps regulate blood sugar, reduces inflammation, and dampens cravings; boosting its natural production through foods and supplements can support fat loss without drugs.
