  • Great show

I enjoy all the information you guys share and the guests you have on. As a suggestion you should have Dr. James Thomas on author of Why Babies Suck: Trust your gut… your audience would love his message on breast feeding and dentistry.

  • So educational!

Thank you for bringing on guests who are knowledgeable and can provide information and help for moms with young children like myself. It is helpful to hear about raw milk, organ meats, sunlight and all these “controversial” things I know are important! I’ve struggled with bad skin, acne and scaring all my life and always appreciate you and your guests who can shed light on why skin being like that isn’t because of an acutane deficiency… getting to the root cause is the way!

  • No ads and no nonsense

I began listening to the podcast on YouTube. After listening to a few episodes in the car I decided to commit and follow. I then saw it was available on Apple Podcast app. As a man, I appreciate the episodes geared toward women because I am married and knowing more about what women experience mentally and physically helps me to be there more for my wife and understand her better. Thanks for all the great experts you bring onto the show and for how thorough everyone is.
