The Weston A. Price Foundation's Wise Traditions podcast is for those who seek optimal health grounded in traditional wisdom. We believe that vibrant health cannot be cultivated in a lab, engineered through modern technology or found by "improving" nature. On the contrary, "Life in all its fullness is Mother Nature obeyed," as Dr. Weston A. Price observed. By learning from healthy societies of the... more

I am an avid listener to the podcast as well as a Weston A. Price foundation follower/subscriber. My family and I value the information and research that Weston A. Price foundation provides. However, in this particular episode I noticed the guest, Christina Eck, continued to refer to the postpartum mother as “the birth parent” or just “parent”. That kind of blatant disregard to womanhood is unfortunate... more

I heard Sally Fallon speak in Connecticut 3 decades ago and was amazed. I am now grateful she and Weston Price are still shining their light into the darkness of America’s Big Pharma-controlled medical care. There is so much to learn here!
After so many years of trying to navigate through “cholesterol is bad”, eat more plants, eat more raw vegetables, carnivore and other movements, I finally found the right place to get educated about what is good for us and what isn’t. My only regret is I wish I had these resources 20 years ago when I was pregnant and about to start raising kids. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You, Hilda and Weston A. Price foundation for your work and education you provide to the public.
Thank you for getting the truth out there! What a blessing your podcast is. Thank you.
