After so many years of trying to navigate through “cholesterol is bad”, eat more plants, eat more raw vegetables, carnivore and other movements, I finally found the right place to get educated about what is good for us and what isn’t. I love this podcast, but the AI-generated images now being used for the episode icons are a turn-off to me. It also does not seem aligned with the overall WAPF message/mission, in my opinion.

I was uncertain of what to think of the “pandemic,” but this podcast helped me develop a well-informed opinion on vaccines, masks, germ theory, and medical mandates. Not only that, but it helped me clarify what I was looking for in nutrition schools and I found one that teaches from WAPF principles (after 17 years of wondering why conventional nutrition seemed wrong).
