    This would be 5 stars for guest content but for 2 things. I feel the ads are too long. It takes at least 5 minutes to get into the interview. Also, it would be nice if the guests could talk more. Let them share their expertise freely without interjection of personal experience. More of an interview, less like 2 friends chatting. Other than that obviously Courtney has a large following & many, many love her podcast. I find the speakers always very interesting & I have takeaways I can apply to my ... more

    Literally every episode has major life changing info, based on facts. I have turned my life around with this podcast, and many others, but Courtney Swan puts out podcasts levels above the rest. If you want to feel, look and be a better version of you, she is your person!
