I like her podcast but the last few months it’s been only about her pregnancy. I understand she is excited but it’s just getting a little boring to listen to and I find myself skipping her episodes now. I appreciate all the information for pregnancy but it’d be nice to hear about other topics too.
Your solo episode about your mom was raw and real. Thank you for sharing, always praying the best for you and your family!
Realfoodology has become my new favorite health and wellness podcast! Courtney does a great job delivering meaningful information without the clickbait or fear-mongering some other podcasts seem to have. She takes a very calm and relatable approach. I am also pregnant so I have loved listening to her talk about her pregnancy and being able to relate to her symptoms so I don’t feel so alone.
Dr. Peter McCullough interview was amazing. Thanks for interviewing people like him.
I listen to this show on my walks, it’s a good one.
