Really wanted to like this but I found the energy of episodes to be very flat, almost putting me to sleep. Also, I was hoping for more in depth conversations as the episodes are lengthy but the info was surface level.
I have not only followed this series and Dr Myers for quite a while. Used a lot of products as well. In the Jan 2 episode a comment was made which got to me. This podcast is a valuable source of knowledge and emotional connection. Highly recommend!

Overwhelmingly, I appreciate the guests she chooses to interview. I’ve learned a lot. Occasionally however, I get a sense of “COVID denier” from some of her guests. I am ... more
