Dr Ruscio’s podcast is my favorite health podcast I’ve found so far, it’s informative, always based on fact or personal experience ( which is always clarified by him or his guests) and most importantly done with respect for his listeners time. more
I really appreciate all the information Dr. Ruscio shares regarding gut health, but especially his realistic and understanding approach.
Have been listening to the podcast ever since I began reading Healthy Gut. Months into working through my gut issues - primarily constipation-I’ve learned a lot, but found contradictions among other authors. On vacation recently I began lowFODMAP eating and within 10 days was feeling much better. Especially appreciate the focus on step by step action, clearly delivered in the book, and not pushing to have lots of tests!
Your podcast on constipation and reflex was super helpful! Thank you for the great advice and sharing all your knowledge!
Most of us know that these foods reviewed are healthy but the Dr. tells us why. Eat your berries!
