  • Helping My Parents

Sadly this was very condescending. They mentioned that parents/adults are not children, and yet it was delivered as if parents need to be manipulated. If it was presented as how to talk to your children about getting healthy, it would have been more applicable. As it is, I can no longer support these children in sharing their message.

  • The Hidden Habit Draining Your Energy and How To Eat For Better Blood Sugar Control.

I realize that people’s attention spans have never been shorter and they are far easier to fool these days. But I hadn’t assumed that fools were the demographic group you were seeking to attract until hearing these blatant attempts at manipulating your audience as... more

  • Disgusted former listener

I used to listen to this show and found it informational for holistic preventable health. I am absolutely disgusted and disheartened by today’s episode on preventing autism. There is nothing to prevent. And its marketing copy is pitched as a using evidenced-based practices to prevent autism. There is no way that can be factually correct and evidence-based because no one knows what causes autism. It is sad to see a podcast I enjoyed listening to fall into this narrative trap around autism instea... more
