I am a woman navigating living alone after a multi-decade marriage and in post menopause. Dhru’s podcasts have helped me focus on my health and lifestyle in areas that matter. Thank you Dhru!
I’ve been listening to Dhru since 2020, when it was still the broken brain podcast. I have loved Dhrus podcast, but it has gotten so much worse with ad’s, to the point where it’s actually making me avoid the podcast now. Maybe Dhru, Listen to modern wisdom & take notes! Chris does ad’s in a much less annoying way & typically it’s only one or two… easy to fast forward and not nearly as disruptive.
I mostly love this show, but I grow weary of the Southern California bias. Example - Airing a show about getting more sunlight on January 14?!?! 25 percent of the US population lives at or north of the 40 degree latitude line, including Denver, Chicago, New York, Boston and Detroit. We drive to and from work in the dark all winter, and we are hardly eating lunch outside. This isn’t giving me a New Year’s resolution, it’s giving me New Year’s rage.
I listen to each one and look forward to new ones. I also enjoy listening to existing ones again! Thank-you Dhru!
also i really enjoy ur solo podcasts too
you should do more of them... the one about "heavy metal in proteins" was very educational and really appreciated this episode
Sadly this was very condescending. They mentioned that parents/adults are not children, and yet it was delivered as if parents need to be manipulated. If it was presented as how to talk to your children about getting healthy, it would have been more applicable. As it is, I can no longer support these children in sharing their message.
