I would like to see peer reviewed, human clinical trial research studies/articles linked to show noted to prove legitimacy of content. Unfortunately a lot of alternative health people believe real science is a scam. So I recommended not choosing this show to trust for health content.

I used to love this show, but have decided to unfollow. It’s become clear that, despite his claim of “independent thinking”, that Dhru has gone the pro masculine toxicity, self-obsessed path of the tech bro world. So many of the episodes now have click bait titles that are just trying to scare people or get attention. No thanks!
I was listening to this show for the health information but recently, the show has been making political statements. I’m out.
This is my favorite podcast to listen to first thing in the morning. Dhru’s energy is so positive and the topics are awesome, I am constantly learning new and really important information for operating at my best. I never find myself going “eh that one’s not for me”, and look forward to whatever he’s going to bring to my morning each week!
