  • Like many of the episodes

2025 update - I really enjoy the perimenopause episodes,

2023: Really enjoyed the Bill Schindler eat like a human interview and as a result got his audiobook. I also liked the Brad kearns interview and all the episodes related to ancestral and animal based eating, keto and paleo. The episodes on women-specific issues are also good but I don’t always agree with the nutritional recommendations of the “experts” on these topics. I really enjoyed the Chris Palmer MD episode discussing his book Brain... more

  • Informative and Trusted

Cynthia’s podcast is my most trusted in the health space, and I’ve listened to so many! I keep returning because Cynthia is thoughtful and transparent, doesn’t promote the next shiny fad for her own benefit, and shares her evolution in thinking across a range of topics. I’ve learned so much, including to trust my own experiences and intuition! Thank you, Cynthia!

  • Grateful

Thank you, Cynthia, for being candid about your childhood, and more importantly, brave enough to educate others so that the vicious cycle of abuse, trauma, turning inward and making avoidance normal, STOPS. We can do better for our children at any age, that we ourselves who have lived through it, become aware, awake, and ready to heal. Brava, Cynthia!
