  • Grateful

Thank you, Cynthia, for being candid about your childhood, and more importantly, brave enough to educate others so that the vicious cycle of abuse, trauma, turning inward and making avoidance normal, STOPS. We can do better for our children at any age, that we ourselves who have lived through it, become aware, awake, and ready to heal. Brava, Cynthia!

  • Truth, not trends

Fabulous podcast. What I love about Cynthia is that she has no agenda except to bring the truth about health to her show. There is no bias, just a desire to cut through the noise out there. I am especially loving the Dr Thomas Dayspring episodes at the moment. It’s not “popular” to speak about the need for cholesterol meds for some, or to be mindful of lowering cholesterol, but this is one of the most important messages that needs to heard when so many are (harmfully) saying the opposite. • Great Guests, but too much host talking ..

I have listened to Cynthia Thurlow since 2021. I have learned a huge amount about intermittent fasting and smart lifestyle choices for women. Her book is very good too! However, she talks about her journey/experiences A LOT. It’s nice to interject here and there, but it seems to frequently come back to Cynthia’s hospitalization/etc.. in just about every podcast. The vast array of guests is so welcomed, but please let them speak.
