  • Always Informative!

Please continue the conversation regarding progesterone dosing and delivery method. This is surprising to hear about risks of oral progesterone and alternatives.

  • Inspirational and highly informative!

Cynthia is a wealth of knowledge and I love how she’s not afraid to tackle some of the more difficult topics. She explains things in a very digestible way, but also serves to truly educate and inform through her research and education. She is one of my favorite podcasters, and I would recommend her to anyone who is starting to approach the perimenopause, menopause, or post menopausal transitions. PS I think she has a very soothing voice!

  • Sales or science?

I was intrigued by an episode that was supposed to tell you if there was science behind supplements. I am really tired of the next amazing formula being part of multilevel marketing. Soon, after I started listening, the show went to a commercial, selling the very thing mentioned in the podcast. No thanks. I don’t need another podcast that sells product and uses a show as an infomercial.
