Very informative, great guests, very relevant topics to women and men any age. Wish I found this podcast sooner!!
Thank you, Cynthia, for being candid about your childhood, and more importantly, brave enough to educate others so that the vicious cycle of abuse, trauma, turning inward and making avoidance normal, STOPS. We can do better for our children at any age, that we ourselves who have lived through it, become aware, awake, and ready to heal. Brava, Cynthia!
I can’t get enough of the wealth of information that Cynthia provides in her podcasts. I look forward to getting in the car and getting to learn new information that is helping me as a woman in perimenopause and one who wants to live and feel well.
Fabulous podcast. What I love about Cynthia is that she has no agenda except to bring the truth about health to her show. There is no bias, just a desire to cut through the noise out there. I have listened to Cynthia Thurlow since 2021. I have learned a huge amount about intermittent fasting and smart lifestyle choices for women. Her book is very good too! However, she talks about her journey/experiences A LOT. It’s nice to interject here and there, but it seems to frequently come back to Cynthia’s hospitalization/etc.. in just about every podcast. The vast array of guests is so welcomed, but please let them speak.
