  • Favorite Women’s health podcast!

I’ve been listening to the show since 2021. I’m 47 now.

I’m a Personal Trainer so I had the eating right and exercise thing down and thought that would age me well. Thanks to Dr. Stephanie and her amazing guests I was prepared for perimenopause. Regardless of how healthy I am, I was hit with the zero sleep symptom. It was brutal but I was able to advocate for myself for hormone replacement, even though I was shut down by my gynecologist at the time, I was informed enough to get the help I needed... more

  • Love Better! With Dr Stephanie!

I usually enjoy your podcasts and learn so much. However, I found episode 430 with Harley Pasternak to be a disappointment. I was left confused by many of his beliefs and felt they were dismissive to the menopause experience, and current research: I get CICO, but having worked hard with a coach for 2 yrs, it’s not that simple; insulin resistance is real in menopause, and so many pieces seem to come into play with how metabolism is affected. and supplements? I get that’s his beliefs but isn’... more

  • Informative podcast

I really enjoy your podcast and appreciate your insight into women’s health during the peri/menopause phase of life, so thank you!! And love the strength training motivation! 💪🏻

One side note - it was disappointing to see Dr. Gundry featured as a guest. Women do not need to fear eating whole grains and certain vegetables and plant foods containing lectins when there is a mountain of science supporting the health benefits of these foods. Cooking destroys most of the lectins anyway. Not a fan

  • Mi podcast preferido 🙌🫶

I love the way you make easy and accessible all the information we women can profit from.

I would love if you could speak more about supplementation with EAA, timing, dose, as a complement to a meal insufficient in protein.

After listening to your episode with Stacey Sim I would love to listen more about sprinting, which is the best machine to do it efficiently without injuring yourself, together with mindset tips to face it (it is my most challenging practice)

    You are awesome ♥️♥️♥️♥️

  • Good content

I do like the content and subjects of these episodes. My only feedback would be that sometimes she takes over the conversation too much without letting the guests speak enough. Otherwise, love the insights.
