  • Loved the history of women and muscle 💪💛💪

Dr Stephanie is one of my favorite health, science podcasts. But this latest episode was really special. I listened while out on my walk after lifting heavy at home - I loved it! My aha, was that as a gen-x’r we’ve really been done dirty. It’s not about being small or skinny it’s about how strong we are and feel.

  • Canadian options?

Enjoy the podcast. Appreciate having a Canadian resource. However, should therapies be recommended or promoted please take note of products that are not shipped to Canada. Would be nice to provide an alternative option for your Canadian listeners. (e.g. Methylene blue and Troscriptions).
