I loved the postcast with Dr. Felice Gersh! I learned so much and really liked the way she explained the difference in estrogens. The bit about bio identical vs. human identical hormone replacement therapy was helpful! I hope you have her on again and cover progesterone and testosterone.
Loved the tendon episode. Just rehabbed from frozen shoulder doing much of what you recommend only to now have achilles pain. Sister had tennis elbow…tendons are like the theme of life these days! Didn’t know isometric holds could help so starting that and your other advice today! Thank you so, so much for sharing your wisdom!
Episode with the amazing Dr. Doug Lucas incorrectly introduced him as Dr. Lewis
Absolutely love this podcast! Perfect ratio of no bs facts and science, learnt so much from Dr Stephanie and her guests. Saved me from some bad decisions too! And it’s lighthearted and funny just the right amount!🧡
Dr Stephanie is one of my favorite health, science podcasts. But this latest episode was really special. I listened while out on my walk after lifting heavy at home - I loved it! My aha, was that as a gen-x’r we’ve really been done dirty. It’s not about being small or skinny it’s about how strong we are and feel.
