I initially liked this podcast but Dr. Lyon seems to have some affiliations that really make me question her true concern and level of advocacy when it comes to women’s health. Love the show, guests, and discussions. Kind of disappointed with the strong language in podcast with Mike Israetel. Didn’t finish the episode cause hearing the “f” word just got old and abrasive

So many wonderful quotes that stuck in my mind, so many actionable ideas to live out, wow! My deepest gratitude for your presence!❤️

Dr Lyon and Dr Layman don’t cite their alternative view points either. And Dr Lyon’s advice cannot be trusted because she’s neither a scientist nor an impartial party, she sells nutrition products and classes that mean her viewp... more
