  • Sound is terrible

I like the content of this podcast. The sound is terrible. It sounds like it is being recorded in an empty room. Dr Lyon sounds very far away. It makes it really hard to listen.

Mark Bell on Fat vs. Carbs, What’s Really Making You Fat?
Q: How should a beginner, say a 40-year-old, start with training?

Q: What do you think is the biggest mistake people make when pursuing strength and health?
Many chase extreme goals or the most visible metrics without establishing a sustainable, repeatable framework; the emphasis should be on defining meaningful, easy-to-stick-to movements and habits that fit into daily life, rather than chasing a single target.
