I like the content of this podcast. The sound is terrible. It sounds like it is being recorded in an empty room. Dr Lyon sounds very far away. It makes it really hard to listen.

Lower LDL generally correlates with reduced risk across the spectrum, though there isn't a single universal
Mark Bell on Fat vs. Carbs, What’s Really Making You Fat?
Q: How should a beginner, say a 40-year-old, start with training?
Start by identifying activities you enjoy, then gradually build a balanced routine that includes both strength and cardio, while avoiding an all-or-nothing mindset; move consistently, with progression over time, and don't overcommit to any one modality.

Q: What do you think is the biggest mistake people make when pursuing strength and health?
