I love all the advice coming out this podcast - food, fitness and wellness. This is a rare place which argues for the importance of muscle in women!
I like the content of this podcast. The sound is terrible. It sounds like it is being recorded in an empty room. Dr Lyon sounds very far away. It makes it really hard to listen.
Finally a podcast by a woman for women with amazing content. The host is curious, well-informed, asks pertinent relevant follow-up questions and leaves her ego at the door. wow!
While an overall good show this is a medical doctor who is unyielding in her opinion that everyone should be eating animal products. Lots of condescension for this choosing a pescatarian or veg way. The guest talking about the new nutrition guidelines is gushing about Kennedy. Kennedy is unwell.
