  • Careful

While an overall good show this is a medical doctor who is unyielding in her opinion that everyone should be eating animal products. Lots of condescension for this choosing a pescatarian or veg way. The guest talking about the new nutrition guidelines is gushing about Kennedy. Kennedy is unwell. While we all know not to eat ultra processed foods, the call the recent RDA changes "science backed" is dangerous. There is no science in this administration only dogma. Mark Bell on Fat vs. Carbs, What’s Really Making You Fat?
Q: How should a beginner, say a 40-year-old, start with training?
Start by identifying activities you enjoy, then gradually build a balanced routine that includes both strength and cardio, while avoiding an all-or-nothing mindset; move consistently, with progression over time, and don't overcommit to any one modality.
Mark Bell on Fat vs. Carbs, What’s Really Making You Fat?
Q: What do you think is the biggest mistake people make when pursuing strength and health?
Many chase extreme goals or the most visible metrics without establishing a sustainable, repeatable framework; the emphasis should be on defining meaningful, easy-to-stick-to movements and habits that fit into daily life, rather than chasing a single target.
GLP-1 Side Effects, Risks, And Who Should Actually Be Using It | Dr. Christle Guevarra
Q: Take me through what you are seeing right now in the landscape with GLP-1s.
There is a shift toward recognizing GLP-1s as a highly effective tool for weight management, with more people in gym settings and a push for behavioral support and resistance training to maximize outcomes.
GLP-1 Drugs & Bariatric Surgery Explained by a Top Obesity Researcher | Dr. David Allison
Q: How did you get involved in what you're doing now and end up in obesity research?
He describes a lifelong curiosity and a shift from clinician aspirations to a passion for scientific inquiry, recognizing obesity through interdisciplinary perspectives and rigorous questioning.
Danica Patrick Opens Up About Breast Implant Illness, Inflammation, and Starting Over
Q: Was there a belief about yourself you had to dismantle?
The realization that results were proof of effort and that you must own your health and decisions to drive outcomes.
