Been listening since 2023 spectacular
The calm, but not exaggeratedly so, voice, and the matter-of-fact reading style are very easy to drift off to. And I really appreciate the ads are at the beginning, so I’m not jolted awake by an ad mid podcast. The only disadvantage is that I occasionally have to go back and listen to the end of a podcast when I’m not trying to sleep, because they are legitimately interesting.
I’m so happy to find this. It drifts me off to sleep and if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night it’s there to greet me like an infomercial but without all the tv glare.
This is a brilliant podcast for helping sleep HOWEVER the ads have been ruining the effect a bit of late. I skipped through them to the intro and settled down but as soon as the intro ended more ads. The first one began with an alarm sound, I kid you not. There was another one with some bloke yelling loudly. I mean come on - I know there are going to be ads if no subscription but this is daft.
Tbh this podcast is now useless unless you are prepared to subscribe (and thus remove the adds) Otherw... more
There are adds but only at the beginning. Benjamin had a relaxing voice and there is a wide range of topics. I turn the speed down so it’s even slower.
