The episodes are well organized and very informative. One challenge is in speaking softly, you miss enunciating esp. the final syllables so it is difficult to understand the words being spoken. Speaking in a normal monotone would solve this. I think listeners would still fall asleep. At least it is worth a try? This is one of the best sleep podcasts I have found. Thank you
i love this podcast! there’s a rly good variety of subjects covered, and her voice is so calm and soothing! i listen to it in the evening when i wind down and when im in bed and it puts me to sleep rly well! the only downside is the ads - but there’s none in the middle, only a short one at the beginning and end! would recommend it!
I really like your content. It’s a real shame that you support ice recruitment commercials! Gotta go! I can’t support that! 😢
I usually prefer British narrators but this one really works for me. Great content, soothing voice.
