The reason I love this podcast is because I know that I can always get something that isn't too heavy isn't it for elementary school kids or vampire/werewolf erotica. oftentimes I find that adult adult bedtime stories are set in a way where you have they place you as the first person (still a guided meditation in my opinion 🤷🏾♀️ takes effort 😂💯) and I'm not really the biggest fan of that, hence this is a great alternative.
I’ve been listening to this for over a year and it truly helps my overactive mind calm down. Get Sleepy and Sleepy History are both great ways to fall asleep. Generally enjoy the topics they choose and the voice actors that read the stories.

Great episodes. Really enjoyed the one on Iran. Very calm and nice to learn about a place with rich, beautiful culture and history. Hope for peace and harmony. An end to uncivilized wars on our beautiful planet.
Thank you for a show on the amazing history of Iran. It is particularly helpful for the listeners in the US. The majority of citizens here are not in favor of war with the this civilization with its rich and ancient roots. It is good for us to learn about it such a beautiful way.
