Love most of the stories and rarely make it through before I’m asleep. The long, long music though does nothing to help me sleep or put me back to sleep. The idea is to get out of your head by concentrating on the soothing stories. When the music drones on and on I’m right back in my head. It’s worth it to pay for this sans ads. I hate ads and will never listen to a podcast or watch a film with them.
I like sleepy podcasts but the tone of voice is too engaging to lull me to sleep. Please try and bore me
I love this podcast but I can’t pay for it, therefore I have to be inundated by EXPLOSIVE obnoxiously LOUD ads, ruining the whole point of listening to a relaxing podcast!! Disappointing, because the podcast itself is amazing but the ads make it unbearable!
This whole podcast is an oxymoron - they use blatantly loud ads that will awake you. This is not a app to fall asleep to
Ever since my ex-husband left me in April, I’ve had such a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Now that I’ve found this, it’s helped a lot. Yes, I still wake up a lot during the night, but I just put on another episode and get back to sleep a lot easier than before I found this. So thank you so much for making this podcast.
