This is among the best podcasts for relaxing/sleeping. This podcast has new and unique stories every night that you need to just get that last push into the depths of deep sleep. I’ve been listening to this podcast for about a year now and I have been really enjoying this wonderfully produced podcast. This podcast truly is the best relaxing/sleeping podcast with soothing voices and great stories.
Still enjoy this podcast and the readers. Stories are good, but I do wish there was the occasional first person story so we are more immersed rather than viewing the story. Hope that makes sense!
I love to listen to this to go to sleep. My only complaint is that I personally don’t really like Thomas’s voice. It’s just me though, don’t attack me for it.
I can’t speak highly enough about this podcast! So relaxing! And I love that Thomas begins each story with a short sleep meditation. Very soothing. Since the moment I stumbled onto this podcast I made it a part of my bedtime ritual :) They have many narrators which is probably a good idea since everyone has different preferences. But I personally find the podcast host (Thomas) the most soothing!! Enjoy!
I’m listening Get Sleepy story every night and if I wake at night. It really calms my brain down and stops restless thoughts. This is better than sleeping pills! My favourite is Thomas, he has such peaceful tone of voice and lovely pronunciation.
