I have tried many ways to shut down the non-stop chatter in my head so I could sleep, from Om tones to my ministers Sunday Sermons! Jessica’s mellow voice and topics are just right and the endless chatter is gone before I have a clue. I never hear an entire episode from beginning to end! Sometimes that’s disappointing because if I’m really interested in a topic, I have to listen at another time when I’m not horizontal.
