    I struggle with severe adhd and sleeping is almost impossible for me because I can’t stop thinking, especially when my medication wears off I wouldn’t sleep at all, I started listening to these podcasts and I sleep well every single night now, I even re listen to the same ones and it helps me because they have a perfect balance of calm, comfort and also engagement
