Guests span scientists, activists, and creatives who bring experiential storytelling together with actionable steps for living a healthier, more Earth-conscious life. A notable throughline is scrutinizing everyday habits and consumer products (the Fatal Conveniences) to uncover smarter choices, backed by personal experiments and sponsor integrations. The talk remains deeply personal and aspirational, emphasizing resilience, curiosity, and real-world impact over theory alone, which can be especially compelling for listeners pursuing healthier li... more
