How can you have so many interviews and conversations in which you and your guests proclaim how incredibly damaging highly processed foods are to our bodies and then celebrate Beyond Meat?
Have contemplated many times unfollowing… I find Darin very informative and at times also inspiring… but all too often his episodes take quite a negative tone and almost tend towards fear mongering… and I feel this is due to his lack of sharing realistic and accessible positive options to combat or use as an alternative or a legitimate proven swap for all the negative aspects of our daily lives that he constantly focuses on. Full disclosure, I’ve only listened to one episode of this podcast and it was the one about caffeine. I really hate to have to give any podcast a bad rating but Darin made a strong and definitive claim about caffeine’s effect on Totipotent stem cells that, from what I can tell, is patently incorrect.
