I have followed Dr. Carrie Jones on social, emails and her educational videos for a while. I’m so excited there is now a podcast! Her straight talk is so relatable and invaluable - it’s so important since we don’t get this education at any other point in our lives.
I love your podcast and I appreciate your work! All the info presented is clear and incredibly helpful. I do have a question - can you address surgical menopause and HRT options? Specifically, I’m taking estradiol- but it causes hives. Consulting with an allergist, I’ve quadrupled my antihistamine. Is there any other option?
Hi there! Thank u so much for this amazing podcast!! I was starting to feel “crazy” with hormones when I came across this. I look forward to trying new things!
