I absolutely LOVE the Hello Hormones Podcast and Dr Carrie! I am 46 and in the thick of perimenopause, along with both of my sisters and all 4 women in my office. I have turned them all on to Dr Carrie’s show. Her information is so easy to understand and she is hilarious! It’s like having a super smart doctor friend helping you through perimenopause.
Such good information but it feels like I’m being yelled at the whole time I’m listening. Her voice makes me anxious, too hyper and frequently sounds condescending. I wish I could tolerate it but I just can’t listen any more
As a pharmacist with a functional medicine background, Hello Hormones is one of the podcasts I genuinely enjoy listening to. I have had the pleasure of learning from Dr. Carrie Jones through numerous A4M lectures, and she has a way of making complex hormone topics feel clear, practical, and even fun. Her positive, approachable style makes this podcast a great resource for clinicians and health professionals, while also being incredibly empowering and easy to follow for any woman who wants to bet... more
I have followed Dr. Carrie Jones on social, emails and her educational videos for a while. I’m so excited there is now a podcast! Her straight talk is so relatable and invaluable - it’s so important since we don’t get this education at any other point in our lives.
I love your podcast and I appreciate your work! All the info presented is clear and incredibly helpful. I do have a question - can you address surgical menopause and HRT options? Specifically, I’m taking estradiol- but it causes hives. Consulting with an allergist, I’ve quadrupled my antihistamine. Is there any other option?
