    Degenerative disc disease and keep thinking surgery will help, but because it is 3 levels in Canada they will not do surgery. Maybe that is a blessing. I live in pain but trying all your hacks.

    I think Dr. Tyna has a lot of good information. I feel inclined to listen to her because of her knowledge, but I also am not easily offended, although she often says things that aren’t offensive. Like making fun of people who say they have arthritis or bone and bone. In today’s medical field when you are searching for answers all you have to go by is what the doctors are telling and though I listen to a ton of podcast and constantly getting information to have someone mock people’s response, it ... more
