  • Estrogen w/out progesterone

Just wanted to suggest (if it hasn’t come up already) a discussion on estrogen without progesterone. My friend was taking estrogen for two years without progesterone and was diagnosed with uterine cancer. Her doctor had thought she had had a hysterectomy but she had not. Could you explain how this could be a danger to women now that HRT is starting to become more mainstream?

  • So negative & out of touch

I was so hopeful for helpful info as the topics she talks about are so important yet quite confusing to navigate on your own but wow, what a negative person. It’s very clear she is very annoyed by people & life, in general. Her tips and advice are so out of touch for the general population. I’m sure she’s worked hard to be able to afford the things she has but let’s acknowledge the privilege to have access to unlimited resources.

Q: What makes fulvic and humic minerals different from typical electrolyte supplements?

What’s Next for Peptides? Regulation, Compounding & More | Jim Lavalle
Q: How do you see the future of peptide regulation and access?
Lavalle expresses optimism that regulatory paths will evolve, with differences between oral and injectable forms, and a move toward integrating peptides as part of wellness and disease-prevention strategies rather than only treating diseases.
