As a physician, I’m continually impressed by Dr. Tyna’s depth of knowledge and practical wisdom. I recommend her to so many of my patients because she explains complex topics in a clear, relatable way that truly resonates. She’s sharing the truth many of us have been teaching for years, but in a way that everyone can understand and apply. Thank you, Dr. Tyna, for the work you do! -Dr. Roxy Barber
Been a loyal listener for just over a year. Listened to every podcast and even find myself taking notes at times. I trust and value Dr Tyna’s opinion and appreciate her honesty, invested work, knowledge and dedication to her audience. The real deal. GRATEFUL FOR YOUR MESSAGE! TRUTH!!
Always good information based on Dr Tyna’s personal experience, as well as medical studies. She is very good at thinking outside the box!

There are so many better podca... more

Even my doctor couldn’t give me information except that if you don’t change your habits, you will gain the weight back. I understand, but people don’t and can’t explain to you why until I found your Podcast and another about strength training. I think what you’re talking about is wonderful! I recently w... more
