Natalie Jill is trying to be “evidence based,” but has no idea of what that actually means.
She kept restating the guest’s comments, but tweaked them just enough to confirm with her preconceived notions of the topics discussed, disregarding the nuance of the guests explanations.
I’m not sure if she’s even aware that she’s doing this.
There are people who are good communicators of complex, nuanced topics. This host is not one on them.
Why have on a doctor talking about plant based diets without actually having a doctor on who specializes in plant based diets? This was like listening to debate when only one party showed up. The entire episode was based on “feelings” and not facts. It was quite clear that Natalie doesn’t really respect vegans as a whole while under the guise of trying to be respectful. A little laughable when these two tried to paint most vegans out to be angry when literally the rest of the world eats meat... more
I was looking forward to another podcast for women in midlife but she lost me with Ben Azad who tries to tell you a caloric deficit isn’t how to lost body fat. That’s the only way to lose body fat it’s basic science he needs to Google thermodynamics and this podcast needs to vet its guests if the true intent is to help women. Unfollowing
This has become my go to podcast for my car rides and walks. I’ve learned SO much. I’m mid 40s and have really had to educate myself on all things hormones and health. This podcast has helped me so much and has introduced me to some incredible supplements I know take. I also love how Natalie asks the questions I’m thinking and clarifies everything the guest says. She breaks it down so I can understand it all. Thank you!

Natalie and I are friends colleagues, and I’ve had the privilege of watching her navigate the fitness industry's ups and downs and always somehow coming back on top. She’s driven and focused, but as a podcaster, she’s truly found her calling. I’ve had the opportunity to both be interviewed by her and listen to her interview others, and I can tell you, she's exceptio... more
