Thank you Brett for sharing! Bless your heart! Coach is the bomb!
For someone who constantly brags about being rich, she seems to have to constantly be selling some type of snake oil. She lost the plot and became completely obsessed with looks.
Her brand is often overshadowed by a recurring defensiveness toward mild criticism and constant monetization. In podcast & reels she responds/highlights small comments by dismissing the commenter rather than the critique itself. This podcast is one of my top 5 podcasts that I listen to. I look forward to each and every episode. I believe I have listened to every single one. Not only is Chalene REAL and HONEST, she also has such a great sense of humor. I laugh and smile every time. If there is something she feels she got wrong she does not hesitate to let us know. I am 53 and her content hits midlife women right on the target! Her husband also chimes in at times which makes it all so much more entertaining. Th... more

A bold, reality-grounded show focused on midlife health, fitness, mindset, and practical life optimization. Episodes span topics from science-based fitness for aging bodies and sustainable weight management to money, business building, and personal development, all delivered with humor and blunt honesty. Listeners often value actionable tips, real-world experiences, and guest-driven discussions that mix self-improvement with pragmatic strategies for balancing career, family, and health. A recurring strength is transparent storytelling about entrepreneurship, sponsorships, and the hustle of creating value for a community of like-minded, growth-oriented women. Notable for its candid stance on monetization, social dynamics, and midlife wellnes... more
