I absolutely love that Dr. Taz talks about the nuances around research and the scientific method - not everything fits into this tiny box. The human body is so much more complex than what a controlled study can show. This podcast is a breath of fresh air.
The irony of your interview with Dr. Erika Schwartz is that while she emphasized, “Don’t let your doctor scare you,” she scared me more than any other MD ever has. I am 53 and take good care of myself, but according to her I’ve done everything wrong: birth control pills for 30 years, a hormonal IUD in perimenopause, and moving toward a MHT patch.
