Amazing variety & long enough where the episodes actually put you to sleep. No intense stories, just relaxing prompts for you to sleep. This could be used by men as well.
I enjoy most of the meditations offered. The background music is pleasant and calming as is the authors voice. I only gave three stars because of two personal dislikes for the pod. One: the heart beat sounds used in some meditations. For me personally I deal with health anxiety focused around my heart racing. So I will generally stop and skip those episodes when I hear the heartbeat. Two: the rhyming used in some episodes is quite distracting. I’ll skip those as well.
Helped me through a super tough panic/anxiety attack last year, I still come back to it when I feel an attack brewing.
So glad I found this meditation podcast. The guided visualizations help calm my nervous system and have been a God sent for my anxiety. Can’t thank you enough for this!!!!!
I love the way these episodes end gently and gradually, with the music continuing for a bit after the meditation is over. Every other meditation podcast seems to end so abruptly once the host stops speaking. This is the only one that gives you a few moments to gradually come back from your zen zone! I also love that all the ads are at the beginning and there is no self-promotion tacked on at the end to pull you out of your peaceful moment. Thank you! Namaste
