Immediately, I was able to fully decompress from the day's stress and fall into a deep, restful sleep.
Lots of loud advertising & jarring music that doesn’t inspire your mind to relax. There are better sleep meditation podcasts out there. Wouldn’t recommend this one
this podcast helps sooth the chatter after a long day at work. It gives me the support and distraction I need each night to calm down, clear my head and sleep.
I’ve been listening for a couple months. Most nights, I fall sleep within a few minutes. There have a been a few episodes I’ve skipped- the bees and the motorway episodes were not calming to me, as well as the one about the last experiences. However, I was easily able to find another episode to suit me. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been enjoying these episodes more and more . As I begin to turn away from scrolling to listening these meditations have a calming influence on my day to day . If I’m in my head and navigating emotions that are getting out of hand I find myself saying ‘hello beautiful’…….thats all it takes to bring me back to myself in the present. Thank you 🌸🙏🌸
