I love this podcast. Simple and so very effective. Thank you Martin!
This has helped with my anxiety/panic attacks and has stopped a few with some help from my essas ( emotional support stuffed animal ) minus one star cuz of the adds tho - spark ⚡️
I have an extremely bad anxiety disorder that has no cure and sometimes these are the only things that can slow it down. Thank you
Helps me during panic attacks!!
I’ve really enjoyed listening to this show at bedtime. I don’t experience anxiety but the breath work is amazing for relaxing before sleeping.
Lately though, the recordings are so much more quiet than the intro and outro. Old recordings are the same sound level, I can keep the volume steady throughout the program.
