i struggled with driving for about a year after having a panic attack on the road, this podcast was the only thing that got me through driving in that time. i would listen while doing yoga, meditating, and driving in attempt to associate the relaxation and clarity, and luckily for me it worked. this podcast was the light at the end of my tunnel. i hope it helps you too!
