    This podcast is definitely recommended even tho I’ve only tried it for 2 days but the last two days had been quite a change i see a very positive mindset now and when I listen to these podcast I can feel that my body is totally relaxed like never before so thanks and I do have ADHD so I get a lot of anxiety but I try to hide it because I worry what people think and I’m very bad a communication I can’t talk but I just get nervous I do force myself sometimes and I get really quiet so if there was ... more

  • great for driving anxiety

    i struggled with driving for about a year after having a panic attack on the road, this podcast was the only thing that got me through driving in that time. i would listen while doing yoga, meditating, and driving in attempt to associate the relaxation and clarity, and luckily for me it worked. this podcast was the light at the end of my tunnel. i hope it helps you too!
