I’ve really enjoyed listening to this show at bedtime. I don’t experience anxiety but the breath work is amazing for relaxing before sleeping.
Lately though, the recordings are so much more quiet than the intro and outro. Old recordings are the same sound level, I can keep the volume steady throughout the program.
I am in a period of burn-out and listening to this podcast helps me calm my nerves and relax deeply. I sometimes listen several times a day. The only thing I would like to see different, is the ad at the end of an episode for deep sleep. It wakes me up rather brutally…
I normally don’t respond well to these sorts of guided mediations but this one is the exception. These 10 minute meditation have helped calm me during panic attacks and high anxiety moments. So good.
