Stop Waiting. Start Living. Most of us have been conditioned to believe a lie. We’re told that our worth is something to be earned, that we need to achieve more, hustle harder, and prove ourselves before we can finally feel like we matter. But no matter how much we accomplish, something still feels missing. Why? Because mattering isn’t something you prove—it’s something you create. And everything ... more

  • John is a prepared, smart interviewer

There is so much to like about John’s podcast, including the fact that he really prepares for each interview, and the work shows in the kinds of deep, nuanced questions he asks. Also, in a world of podcasters who don’t let the interviewee shine, John is well-read and knows his stuff, but he doesn’t one-up the people he brings on the show, and that makes listening much more pleasant.

Laurie Santos on How to Matter in a Busy World | EP 583
Q: What daily habits or rituals do you recommend for someone to foster more happiness and a sense of mattering?
Increase social connection, practice gratitude, and minimize digital distractions to foster happiness and mattering.
Laurie Santos on How to Matter in a Busy World | EP 583
Q: How do you think happiness and mattering intersect?
Mattering is connected to happiness through social connection and the impact we have on others, making us feel significant and fulfilled.
Natalie Namaste on How to Tap Into Your Solar Plexus Power | EP 580
Q: What is the process of channeling like for you?
Channeling involves receiving messages and energy from the angelic realm, which can be experienced as visual images, emotions, or profound insights. I use this energy to help others heal and understand their journey.
Natalie Namaste on How to Tap Into Your Solar Plexus Power | EP 580
Q: What are your thoughts on how we can start healing this huge divide in meaning and purpose in people's lives?
Healing begins by recognizing that when a person identifies too strongly with their mind, they create a sense of separation that leads to disconnection. By realizing we are not the mind, we can reconnect to our true selves and to others.
Natalie Namaste on How to Tap Into Your Solar Plexus Power | EP 580
Q: How do you think children are naturally attuned to source energy?
Children are born conscious and remain in the vibration of God until they start to use their minds to function in the world, which creates belief patterns that disconnect them from their true essence.
