Beautiful and heartbreaking episode with Emily. I can’t begin to imagine the strength it takes every day after her families loss. I am so sorry this happened to you Emily.

Shame on you for jumping on the “no contact” bandwagon. I’ve been listening to you for a long time and I’m really disappointed that you would entertain this new trend especially as where it applies to the child/parent relationship. No contact should be reserved for only the most extreme cases of abuse. The enemy is using people with platforms like yours to divide families rather than repair them.
I do not appreciate how much this podcast is advertised to me in my feed. It’s been years, I may or may not like this show but the way it’s pushed has me suspicious AF. Pied piper/ Grifter vibes. If it’s that great let me find it on my own.
Thank you for bringing doctor Ramani Im currently going no contact with my mother and this was a balm
to my heart ❤️
