    Love all the solo episodes, really liked the last solo episode on how to set boundaries without offending people 💖 setting boundaries have become the norm but they can come off harsh so I love how you give a different take on setting boundaries by being empathetic of other people’s feelings.     As Eckart Tolle has educated and warned against the ego coming through the “back door”, I see this result more and more with Jay Shetty (picture of himself on his first book, the guest who commented running in to Jay at Dubai International Airport, flying 1st class on Emirates Airlines, etc. Ad nauseam).     I love what Jay Shetty stands for, he’s beautifully, authentic, wonderfully flawed, and open to talk about anything with intention.
