  • “No Contact”

Shame on you for jumping on the “no contact” bandwagon. I’ve been listening to you for a long time and I’m really disappointed that you would entertain this new trend especially as where it applies to the child/parent relationship. No contact should be reserved for only the most extreme cases of abuse. The enemy is using people with platforms like yours to divide families rather than repair them.

  • Stop

I do not appreciate how much this podcast is advertised to me in my feed. It’s been years, I may or may not like this show but the way it’s pushed has me suspicious AF. Pied piper/ Grifter vibes. If it’s that great let me find it on my own.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Dr. Ramani: If You're Thinking About Going No Contact With a Family Member - Listen to THIS (How to Know If It's Time To Walk Away)
Q: How should someone approach repairing a relationship after a period of no contact?
Repair is possible when the person who caused the hurt takes accountability, bears witness to the pain, offers a sincere apology, and actually changes behavior. The process is nuanced and may not always lead to reconciliation, but it can strengthen trust if it happens.
Sara Al Madani: Stop Falling for “Potential” (Look for THIS Instead So You Don’t Waste Months on the Wrong Person)
Q: What is inner work and why is it essential?
Inner work is about healing past traumas, redefining beliefs, and building boundaries; without it, you attract the same toxic patterns, whereas with it you attract healthier connections.
Sara Al Madani: Stop Falling for “Potential” (Look for THIS Instead So You Don’t Waste Months on the Wrong Person)
Q: How do you explain the difference between wanting and needing a relationship?
Wanting comes from abundance and self-sufficiency, while needing signals lack and an agenda; you should want but not require a partner to complete you.
Sara Al Madani: Stop Falling for “Potential” (Look for THIS Instead So You Don’t Waste Months on the Wrong Person)
Q: What should be a deal breaker in dating?
Honesty from the start and a willingness to have serious conversations; a deal breaker is when someone avoids meaningful talks or is not ambitious about their own life.
Coral Santoro: The #1 Reason Most People Never Reach Their Goals (Use THIS 1% Rule to Keep Making Progress When Motivation Disappears)
Q: If you could create one law for everyone to follow, what would it be?
Respect—respect for others' opinions and time, which would improve interactions and collaboration globally.
