    Wish Jay would talk less and make it about the person being interviewed instead of running off for five minutes when you’ve got an amazing guest on. It’s so egoic. Respect the guest who is the source of the actual interesting material- why wouldn’t you make the most of it and instead occupy that amazing valuable time with the guest ?
