  • Well…

A harmless conversation, and positive. Also simplistic and very Oprah Winfrey Show. The tendency of the host and the guest to audibly prove how much they understand each other was tiresome. People trying to help each other is appreciated, but this podcast exists in 1000 different versions, and there’s nothing special here. Yes, not everyone likes you in life. Yes, people will try to tear you down. Yes, we all try to please other people sometimes. It’s tempting to keep listening when it se... more

  • How fear almost killed het

It was an interesting interview, but it should DEFINITELY come with a disclaimer that this is NOT the official opinion of the Lewis Howard podcast that cancer patients should forgo chemo or radiation therapy and instead rely on fierce courage & bravery alone!

  • Meh

Something about Lewis seems to have shifted to be more inauthentic. Maybe it’s the overuse of his platitudes such as “seasons of life” “chapter of life”. Many other sources that have better content and easier listening.

  • Used to be great - now it feels sexist

This used to be my ultimate favorite podcast. I’ve had interviews on here change my life. But slowly, Lewis started saying negative things about women in relationships. Saying things like “I feel like women these days…” and puts some super generic, untrue assumption about what women want in relationships, or how they are in relationships, and we do not have room or time for that in MAGA country. Extremely disappointed that Lewis seems to have become misogynistic and blind to his assumptions, eve... more

The Neuroscience Behind Why You Can't Manifest What You Want | Dr. James Doty
Q: What is the biggest blocker to manifesting greater?
Fear, insecurity, and shame drive a negative feedback that limits beliefs; choosing love, openness, and compassion moves you into a calmer state that engages the parasympathetic system and improves manifestation potential.
How Jesse Cole Turned Baseball Into a Billion Dollar Show
Q: How did you continue to believe in yourself when everyone said no?
It was chaos, but a willingness to show up every day and keep belief in the dream helped us navigate the doubt and keep moving forward.
The Golden Equation That Turns Desire Into Reality | David Bayer
Q: What is the most important habit that people think helps but harms them?
Desire plus hustle with a disregard for health and relationships; reframe to prioritize non-resistance and balanced progress that protects well-being and fosters sustainable growth.
The Golden Equation That Turns Desire Into Reality | David Bayer
Q: How do you know when to pivot vs. persevere on a purpose?
If obstacles persist and energy drains, step away briefly to gain perspective; timing and alignment matter more than sheer force, and you can always pivot and return later as clarity arises.
Fortune vs. Luck, and Why It Matters | Dr. Tina Seelig
Q: Is there a science to being luckier in your life?
Yes, luck is framed as a mix of definition, preparation, and opportunity: you create conditions through actions (like appreciation and preparation) that increase the chances of favorable outcomes.
