  • Well…

A harmless conversation, and positive. Also simplistic and very Oprah Winfrey Show. The tendency of the host and the guest to audibly prove how much they understand each other was tiresome. People trying to help each other is appreciated, but this podcast exists in 1000 different versions, and there’s nothing special here. Yes, not everyone likes you in life. Yes, people will try to tear you down. Yes, we all try to please other people sometimes. It’s tempting to keep listening when it se... more

  • How fear almost killed het

It was an interesting interview, but it should DEFINITELY come with a disclaimer that this is NOT the official opinion of the Lewis Howard podcast that cancer patients should forgo chemo or radiation therapy and instead rely on fierce courage & bravery alone!

  • Meh

Something about Lewis seems to have shifted to be more inauthentic. Maybe it’s the overuse of his platitudes such as “seasons of life” “chapter of life”. Many other sources that have better content and easier listening.

  • Used to be great - now it feels sexist

This used to be my ultimate favorite podcast. I’ve had interviews on here change my life. But slowly, Lewis started saying negative things about women in relationships. Saying things like “I feel like women these days…” and puts some super generic, untrue assumption about what women want in relationships, or how they are in relationships, and we do not have room or time for that in MAGA country. Extremely disappointed that Lewis seems to have become misogynistic and blind to his assumptions, eve... more

The Hidden Part of You That's Blocking Everything You Want | Katie Clarke
Q: What practical steps can a listener take today to begin healing their shadow parts?
Practice journaling to identify beliefs, admit and name the emotions, allow the part to vent, then respond with compassionate self-talk and a new empowering narrative that you visualize with emotion.
The Hidden Part of You That's Blocking Everything You Want | Katie Clarke
Q: How can someone start shifting their frequency to attract what they want?
Begin by recognizing that your results reflect your internal state; stop defining yourself by external circumstances, and start aligning daily beliefs and emotions with the version of you who already has what you want (be, do, have).
The Hidden Part of You That's Blocking Everything You Want | Katie Clarke
Q: What is shadow work in practical terms and why do people avoid it?
Shadow work is the process of making the unconscious conscious by identifying the parts of yourself that feel not enough, allowing those parts to vent, and then comforting and integrating them so they can be released and your energy can flow freely.
Break the Cycle of Toxic Love for Good | Sheleana Aiyana
Q: How do you handle moments when triggers arise in a relationship?
We focus on nervous-system regulation, present-moment awareness, and repair attempts rather than blame, recognizing that triggers come from body memory and require compassionate communication and mutual boundary setting.
Break the Cycle of Toxic Love for Good | Sheleana Aiyana
Q: What role did healing practices play in moving toward a conscious relationship with your husband?
Healing was the cornerstone—therapy, tantra groups, shadow vows, and somatic work helped us slow down, learn to communicate, and reframe the relationship as a partnership where both people grow together rather than repeating past patterns.
