Great podcast - really valuable and consistent content
One suggestion: it would be awesome to hear more advice tailored to night shift workers and people who spend weeks away from home (like field jobs or travel roles). A lot of routines shared don’t always apply to those lifestyles.
Adding that perspective would make the show even more relatable and impactful.
I love that there’s an abbreviated version and full length so you can decide if you want to listen to the full version.
I love that there’s an abbreviated version and full length so you can decide if you want to listen to the full version. Only somewhat negative thing I have to say is Lewis, it’s been a year, your book is no longer “brand” new. Can you re-record the outtake ad?
