    This was one of your best shows ever! In fact, you should do a second. You asked the questions we all have but don’t have the opportunity to ask an expert. Please, please record a second show.. I have additional questions and I’m sure other listeners do too. For example, how important is chewing your food for digestion? How to do the detective work when you have a BM that doesn’t seem quite right, etc. keep up the good work, Mel!

    Mel. , my friend- i have listened to you since the early days… i enjoy your guests even your solo podcasts but since you have gotten bigger every 20 minutes you beg us listeners to share this podcast with someone we love, who we think could use this… enough . I used to share your episodes bc i genuinely wanted to share but lately im quite frankly annoyed.
