Love everything about this podcast, so many episodes have been life changing!
I have been a Mel Robbins podcast listener for years; I absolutely love the informative and genuinely sincere advice given by the highly knowledgeable and acclaimed experts/guests that Mel interviews throughout her weekly podcasts. But this week, James Sexton hit it out of the ballpark with his penetrating, thoughtful, and inspiring discourse about love, relationships, and divorce. Absolutely brilliant! Self awareness is everything! Thank you, Mel!

This podcast left a strong impression on me. It was engaging, insightful, and enjoyable throughout, and I would definitely recommend it to others. It’s the kind of podcast I would happily listen to again. 🫶🏼
I found the 4 micro choices episode very helpful however I do have to use THE BRICK when it comes to my phone use as my willpower isn’t great. Maybe en episode with the founders of brick would be good as it’s the only thing that has helped me not be on my phone when I don’t want to be.
