A few years ago I was a broke, university dropout, living in one of the worst parts of the country, alone, with nothing but a laptop & a dream. Fast forward a few years, I’m the 29 year old ex CEO of one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. That company is called Social Chain. My world is intense, sometimes crazy, always challenging and always unpredictable. This podcast is simple, every week I’m going to share insights with you from guests with different backgrounds, experiences and learnings. I want to give you a look into what it’s like behind the scenes, being an entrepreneur, the deep, dark thoughts that nobody else will share with you and anything else that’s playing on my mind. This is not scripted and I don't have questions I just see where the conversation takes me. This is the diary of a CEO, I’m Steven Bartlett. I hope nobody is listening, but if you are… keep this to yourself. FOLLOW ► Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/steven/) Twitter (https://twitter.com/SteveBartlet... more

I came across this podcast very late. I heard Steven on the ‘How To Fail’ podcast and just loved everything he was saying. I have since followed him on all social media sites and am a huge fan. I’ve only listened to the first few podcasts which he’s done on his own, but I’m aware this format changes slightly as he’s since interviewed many famous faces. He’s inspired me to keep a diary and just jot down my thoughts, which I’ve stuck to! Hugely inspiring!! @mrs_sks
Love how raw and unedited this podcast is! Only came across it by chance when I was looking for something new to listen to in the morning on my commute to work and have been binge listening ever-since. Recommend it to anyone, from all walks of life!
Having operated at a Senior level within Technology, I hit 40 and started to feel “burnt” mentally, physically and emotionally. Listening to the amazing guests, talking about experiences I can relate to and how to deal with things, has been truly life changing. more
I have only recently found this podcast and can’t stop listening. So honest and raw! Thanks for talking about all the things people don’t. more
Have just found you! Wish I did earlier but now have so much of enjoyment to devour. I’m not business at all. Single mum of 2, Nurse, British but live in Melbourne. Your wisdom, comforting voice, enquiry into life and the joys of it all with such interesting guests, fills me with such joy and knowledge. Great work!
