My youngest daughter recommended this podcast - specifically episode #990 after our discussion of the importance in following our intuition when making decisions that are best for our own bodies/ health especially when others are giving recommendations that don’t align with what our “ gut” is telling us.
This podcast segment did not disappoint.
I am now anticipating the next episode and as a follower encouraging others to connect with Modern Wisdom.
I was a fan until you started getting a major hate on for woman.
Thanks so much Chris so informative we’re truly lucky to have such a mind in our ears with such great insightful guests. You sure make making surfboards more interesting. Cheers lad.
Brace yourself for a deluge of insight—Chris attracts some incredible guests, and deftly extracts their most profound wisdom. You’re all but guaranteed to walk away with a new perspective—and even if you don’t, you’ll sure be charmed by his endearing accent and gentlemanly demeanor.
