this guy sucks
JRE must not be confused with an educational podcast. No serious expert would sit down with this joke of an interviewer
Joe, you posting comments again? Biocap? How sad.
This used to be my favorite podcast. And sometimes I still go back and listen to old episodes before he was compromised/ lost his mind, whichever you think is more likely. It’s such a bummer because he was one of the best interviewers in the game. Now it’s just like Fox News for Millennials. Bring the old Joe back!
You should try and get an interview with Aaron Reed. He is a 6’7” bodybuilder/actor who has a book called the Supernatural Lifestyle.

Long-form interviews spanning politics, technology, culture, and entertainment, with a penchant for contrarian or edge-case viewpoints. Episodes frequently feature deep dives into foreign policy, AI and economics, combat sports, music, psychedelics, and comedy, often weaving historical context with contemporary debate. A standout trait is the willingness to entertain provocative ideas through extended conversations with a wide spectrum of guests, from policymakers and academics to artists and athletes, making it a go-to for listeners seeking expansive, unscripted discussion and perspectives that push boundaries.
