A lesson in how to take an interesting topic and make it as boring as possible. Basically just Joe Rogan level blabbering for hours on end
Great talk!! The HUGE payoff, connecting neuroscience with spirituality is the Dalai Lama story at the end. In a recent Rick Rubin Telegrammatron podcast featuring Joe Dispenza, the blue energy thing comes up similarly.
I’ve learned so much from this show and found so many other podcasts/people to listen to and follow. The show notes are extensive and informative- no pseudoscience here - and prepared to listen for an hour or so to an amazing conversation full of life changing information! Tim is detail oriented and asks great questions , while also allowing his guest to speak in depth and at length about the topic. I am not into business, in my opinion this is a great lifestyle/health podcast w/o the pseudosci... more
Only in US of A, a well off guy from Hampton, that has so much money now, still gets depression episodes, can sell common sense topics such as making priorities, efficiency, healthy habits and so on. There are many that cannot even afford trivial or daily necessities of life and here he is talking about his 2-10 PM eating habits, depression episodes, and his life “challenges”. To listeners and readers, keep drinking the Kool-Aid.
Thank you! Great interview. I took many notes from this interview. I’m a trainer who integrates different forms of training to work specifically with my clients. You mentioned your back several times. It would be great to have Dr Eric Goodman on who invented Foundation Training (FT) from his own back pain. I’m a FT certified instructor & this stuff works!
For all ages. 10-20 mins a day…you’ll be shocked!
Thanks again!
