I have been a long time listener of Tim Ferriss. his show is simply one of the best.!!
I have followed Tim for decades and all his books are on our shelves. Lately though it feels like there are A) soooo many ads and B) it feels a lot like Tim needs to put his guests into the context of his own achievements. He’s done a lot for sure, but we all know that. Please stop trying to one up your guests by telling your own stories. We love you but we know you and we also want to hear from your guests and celebrate them.
Tim’s interview style is 11/10, and seems to always ask questions that I’m literally thinking about with his guests. But he also has an uncanny ability to dive deeply into things I would never have even thought about. I’m naturally very curious about all things and his range of topics, while revolving around a central theme is just extraordinary. One of my top 2 or 3 go-to podcasts, no matter who the guest is or the topic at hand. They’re all so good.
The long winded question where he includes multiple plugs for himself and a gazillion labored “he-he” are becoming unbearable. I used to listen every episode and compared to modern wisdom this is like his guest are there so Tim
Can talk how great he is. I want to hear from the guest and not your recycled plugs about your books and projects from 20 years ago
He’s the best. So much wisdom, perfect mix of grounding and inspiring.
