I enjoy Dr. Berg’s short podcasts but this new sneaky insertion of a plug of his supplements is patronizing and sleazy.
Love his advice as there are so simple and easy to understand. And I can almost always find helpful tips to better my physical situation when I run into problems. I think he is brilliant.
I have been listening to Dr Berg for over 5 years now and have tried and tested many of the techniques he speaks of in his podcast. I do a deep dive into suggestions I find really ingesting so I can be my own N of 1. He is thoughtful, insightful and makes it all seem very simple which is great for bio hacking and longevity. Thank you Dr Berg!

Concise, thorough, specific and viable for application. Dr. Berg presents typically difficult medical issues in such a way that common man can understand these issues and act to correct potential problems. Bravo and thank you.
