Generally, I love Dr Berg but the episode on ADHD is a crazy oversimplification of ADHD & a complete dismissal of people who struggle with ADHD.

He’s not wrong with his assessment & tips of things that can help with ADHD symptoms BUT this had ZERO effect on my ADHD symptoms EVER. Sorry but you’re wrong Dr. Berg. Some people CAN and DO get cellulite on their stomach and arms. I give Dr. Berg three stars because some of his recommendations are questionable at best, flat out wrong at the worst.
