What a great podcast.. this guy is a hidden Gem 🤌🏼💪🏼
I enjoy Dr. Berg’s short podcasts but this new sneaky insertion of a plug of his supplements is patronizing and sleazy.
Love his advice as there are so simple and easy to understand. And I can almost always find helpful tips to better my physical situation when I run into problems. I think he is brilliant.
I have been listening to Dr Berg for over 5 years now and have tried and tested many of the techniques he speaks of in his podcast. I do a deep dive into suggestions I find really ingesting so I can be my own N of 1. He is thoughtful, insightful and makes it all seem very simple which is great for bio hacking and longevity. Thank you Dr Berg!
You release good episode with hidden secrets and then you pull it off the air after it’s been out for five minutes assuming you’re gunna redrop it, but what secrets did you “take out” or get in trouble for and have to take it down.

High-signal health and wellness discussions centered on keto, intermittent fasting, and practical nutrition. Episodes frequently combine clinical explanations with actionable routines, supplement pitches, and downloadable resources, while occasionally featuring live Q&A formats with audience participation. The approach tends to mix diet-first strategies with lifestyle tweaks (electrolyte balance, timing, and protein intake) and tends to promote the host's own product line as tools to support results. This blend of educational content and product-driven resources likely appeals to listeners seeking concrete, do-it-yourself health improvements and dietary simplifications, often with a keto-leaning bias.
