  • Accessible and helpful

This is my favorite health podcast and I listen to several. The host is informative, humble and listens to the guests. She says when she’s tried something and it hasn’t worked. She gently pushes back when guests say something that surprises her. She’s not afraid to have people on that dont agree with her 100%. An absolute positive addition to my health, education and life!
