    Touting the carnivore diet to fix inflammation, hormonal dysregulation, heart disease, cancer, dementia, and mental health disorders is so dangerous and will kill many people. This is not remotely based on the vast majority of scientific evidence.

    This was one the best interviews I’ve heard on this show. Gave me so much to think about and I agree with all her advice. I’m a huge coffee drinker but I absolutely think it is a hormone disrupter and whenever I cut back or switch to decaffeinated, I feel so much better.
