Absolutely fabulous interview with very specific numbers. Darius talked about mostly how blood sugar rises affect hearts and he backed it up with personal blood work. I found the entire interview fascinating. He did say don’t completely disregard LDL, which gave me pause so I no longer will! I enjoy the podcast when Jack keeps his comments to a minimal.
So informative, and very easy to listen to, as well. I appreciate you, Dr. Ovadia and Jack, for doing this podcast!
Excellent interviews and information! Your book is one of the best I’ve read on the topic of health!
