The episode with Dr. Ead was so insightful. I especially appreciated the breakdown on the harmful impacts of seed oils and oxidative stress.
I love this podcast. It’s easy to listen to and very informative. Jesse is masterful at managing the different personalities. His questions and comments are insightful, and even the guests note this. The subject matter is broad enough to include something for everyone.
I’ve listened for 5 + years but realized I hadn’t reviewed. The recent pod with Gabrielle Lyon was eye opening for Jesse’s tact. She was nasty and it seemed like she was not interested in being there but Jesse did a great job nonetheless. I felt bad for him as it was NOT a natural conversation and I kept hoping Marnie would pop in and call her out for being nasty. Gabrielle brags about being with so many people at EOL. I truly enjoy listening to your podcast on various topics, especially those related to metabolic health. I appreciate your unbiased approach to interviews and desire to take deeper dives into specific topics. Thank you and please stay awesome!
I use to enjoy this podcast even as it became increasingly more oriented toward keto and carnivore. The straw that broke the camel's back, however, was the recent interview with Prof. Bart Kay in which he said (ignorantly) said the following: "There is no such thing as healthy plant foods." Perhaps the dumbest statement in podcast history!
