  • Common Sense

There are a lot of voices in the low carb space but I like that this podcast acknowledges that people have different strengths and weaknesses and choosing what we eat should suit the individual for their greatest success.

For the love of all things Holy, please invest in some professional sound engineering. This could be a great pod if it didn’t sound like it was recorded in the back of a box truck. Come on guys. How could this not already have been addressed?

    Get it together.

  • My New Favorite

It’s amazing to me that I’ve only been aware of the power of the low-carb lifestyle for two years when these docs have been preaching the message for free online since 2018. Now I have over 400 podcasts to catch up on and I’m only up to number 16!

  • Good info, but silence your mic, Dr. Brian pls

It is annoying to hear the difficulty of breathing (clearing of throat, loud breathing) that Dr. L has. Is there any way to silence your mic when you’re not actually speaking? I hate to be critical (bc I love the podcast!) but this seems kind of basic to podcasting.
