Dr. Dom D'Agostino on Why Metabolic Health Matters for the Brain
Q: What do you teach in your medical students about the potential role for ketone supplements in health or disease conditions?
There are over 100 clinical trials on ketone supplementation with several randomized studies showing effects on cardiovascular and brain health; the science is evolving but supports ketone therapies as a meaningful adjunct, with ongoing exploration of their integration into standard care.
