Excellent interview with Dr Elena Gross!
Always new and insightful information. Thank you!!
I think some great topics are covered on this podcast and as an endocrinologist passionate about treating metabolic health I appreciate the progressive approach taken here. That being said I had to stop listening to the Andy Galpin talk 5 minutes in because the arrogance was just so toxic and grating. What a shame because I’ve heard him on many other podcasts and used to enjoy listening to him.
I work as a clinic pharmacist, and for years have seen the ills of medicating chronic illness while people stay, well, ill. The Metabolic Link provides excellent, evidence based information for helping reverse to many problems with chronic illness: From obesity and type 2 diabetes to the emerging world of mental health. If you are a lay person, practitioner, or just someone curious about how you can own your health with the latest evidence, the Metabolic Link is for you.
I always learn new things from watching this cutting-edge podcast.
The hosts are personable, knowledgable, eloquent, and brilliant. The guests are top-notch. This is one of my go-to podcasts/resources for all things Metabolic Psychiatry-related, and much more.
