    I’ve been on the carnivore diet for a little under two weeks and am already seeing improvement - namely that I’m calmer and less impulsive. I listen to this excellent podcast to maintain motivation.

  • Great Info & Improved Audio!

    Dr. Baker asks good questions that bring out wonderful detailed answers from his guests, and he engages them with his own experiences and insights. And, his producer must have made some major changes because the audio as of today (Nov. 12, 2024) is much improved and very clear, so thanks for that. I listen to podcasts while working out and the sound through my earbuds has to compete with very loud gym music. I appreciate Dr. Baker’s podcast and now enjoy listening even more!

  • Generally the info was good but I got sick of some things.

    I don’t understand why he has to tie this to a particular political party. I do not need political advice from Dr Baker. I need the information you can glean from his podcasts and videos. Unfortunately, I reached the point that I don’t want to give him the impression that I agree with his editorializing. There are aspects of medicine about which he is brilliant- dealing with people and navigating the world however- not so much.
