Followed him and recommended him. Truly believed he has important things to impart to the world. The mistake was when he started bringing politics into a discussion of diet. Much like when Dr Baker decided to tell me how to vote - this is something I won’t put up with. Do not quote RFK Jr to me. It makes you every bit as bad as vegan extremists at the other end of the spectrum.
Excellent podcast. Thanks Anthony for your vitality and being brave enough to stand out and speak out. Good health is as easy as nourishing your body with real food (meat) and drinking water, getting sunlight daily, connecting with nature, moving your body and ceasing to poison with industrial and pharmaceutical products.
Reductionist views of nutrition are misleading. Just because a diet leads to weight loss doesn’t mean it’s promoting overall health. Many people lose weight on restrictive diets like keto or carnivore—but weight loss alone doesn’t guarantee reduced risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, or neurodegenerative decline. Health is more than a number on a scale.
