First, let me say that I love this podcast and Dr Chaffee’s information and delivery with the heat of a thousand suns. He has changed my life, and those that I recommend it to.
Having said that, I think he’d be horrified if he listened to the audio podcast version and saw how many ads were being inserted into each episode.
I certainly don’t mind him grabbing his bag, but it frankly just got ridiculous. I wish him the best and hope he will keep doing this until he reaches his goal age of 120 :)... more
He’s helped me. I’m a newcomer and only been carnivore strictly speaking for about a month. My blood sugars no longer spike nor drop. They are even keel. I’ve lost about 15 lbs without really trying. I eat till I’m full and there is no need to snack in between because I stay full longer. Seems like I’m eating a ton of food at one sitting but I’m only eating meat and/or eggs. When I lift weights I listen to his podcast and that motivates. I love to hear about all the success stories of people rev... more
Dr. Chaffee shares/interviews educational figures & real people with real-life results/experiences from all over the world! This is a great podcast
Don’t waste your time.
Followed him and recommended him. Truly believed he has important things to impart to the world. The mistake was when he started bringing politics into a discussion of diet. Much like when Dr Baker decided to tell me how to vote - this is something I won’t put up with. Do not quote RFK Jr to me. It makes you every bit as bad as vegan extremists at the other end of the spectrum.
