  • Needs work

Started listening from episode 1, listen every day and it is very informative and helpful but I feel like Dr. Scott is constantly talking over Tommy and doesn't give him enough chances to speak. It's got to be annoying to Tommy if it's annoying me this much. I've tried to ignore it but as I'm getting g further through the episodes it's bothering me more and more. Tommy is the one who got you started on this Dr. Scott and you seem to steamroll right over him during your podcast every episode.

  • Best fasting podcast out there

Stumbled onto this incidentally just typing “fasting” in the search bar. The information on this podcast is gold. Constantly relevant and easily understandable information for people who aren’t physiology knowledgeable. I also love the focus on EXPLAINING THE PHYSIOLOGY which most nutritionists and dietitians do not do.

I was already relatively fit at 186 lbs, but since adopting a low carb, fasting lifestyle, I’ve lost 10 lbs in about 2 months and have never been this lean in my life. I get su... more

  • My fasting lifeline

This is my first podcast review, and it’s a long time coming. I have been fasting for one and a half years but decided to really lean into some ADF this summer. Found your podcast and Whoa, the content is just incredible. I listen, relisten, and try and absorb all that I hear. I always find something that helps to keep me on the right path. I have basically immersed myself in your podcast world. I did one challenge and just the fact that I was being held accountable had a huge impact on my ... more

  • Game changer!

Thanks to Scott and Tommy for doing all this research and sharing it with the world. I binged every episode start to finish and am now starting it over from episode one again. I also have read many of their book recommendations (atomic habits, obesity code, salt sugar fat, etc). I was 230 at my heaviest and am now at 173.

I hadn’t gotten diabetes yet (or at least not diagnosed) but I was surely on that path, but now my blood sugar levels are exceptional, I take no meds, and I’m doing pull-ups ... more
