Now that I have entered into the world of fasting, I am able to enjoy food, eat healthy, and without restriction. I even sta... more

I started intermittent fasting about seven weeks ago and decided to look for podcasts to learn more—and I’m so glad I found yours. I’m about 15 episodes in (mostly recent ones), which led me to The Obesity Code, the book you recommended. Mind blown!
