I found the podcast in late November. Started listening to you on my 50 minute commute, so 3-4 everyday. I started at episode 1. I quit dabbling and really focused in January while I was weaning off the glp. I am up to early fall 2023 and waiting for you any comments on glps. I am down a total of 90 lbs. Dec 25 -9 January 26 -21 and Feb 26 -8. Thank you for helping me open my eyes. Looking forward to warm weather to get outside to ramp up the movement. Any advice as I bicycle many miles... more

  • Actionable steps, great conversation and motivation

I look forward to hearing about all of the latest research and tips for creating a fasting lifestyle. I started fasting two years ago and was able to drop 50 pounds and keep it off. I also was able to bring my A1c down out of the diabetic zone and even out of the prediabetic zone. I am a lifelong dieter that had basically given up on my metabolism once I reached menopause. Now that I have entered into the world of fasting, I am able to enjoy food, eat healthy, and without restriction. I even sta... more

  • Fix your mouth issues or stay further back from the mic, please!

It's so frustrating because you give such great information and I really want to hear it and learn from it but Scott's constant sucking, un swallowing and saliva sounds make it so unpleasant to listen to that I end up turning it off after just a few minutes. I know that you had some throat issues a while back where you had to suck a lozenges so I took a break from listening for a while during that phase, but I came back to try it out again and it seems like you're still having issues that are ve... more

  • Feeling lied to for years!!

I started intermittent fasting about seven weeks ago and decided to look for podcasts to learn more—and I’m so glad I found yours. I’m about 15 episodes in (mostly recent ones), which led me to The Obesity Code, the book you recommended. Mind blown!

After all these years as a nurse—seeking out nutrition education, reading studies, beating my body with ruthless exercises and trying to stay informed—I’m honestly shocked by how misled I feel. I can only imagine how overwhelming this must be for peo... more
