    Out of all the fasting podcasts I’ve listened to, yours is one (out of just two) of the very best. I gave several other podcasts a fair try—listened to quite a few episodes—but most left me disappointed. Some presented information that was simply wrong, or with little to no scientific backing. Others were filled with endless chatter and laughter but almost no substance.

    Hi. I'm a 66 year old guy with four years of fasting in the bag. Lost 65 lbs at my peak but have been hanging off the wagon for about two years. I need to trim about 20 again. Discovered your podcast while on a solo cross-country drive this week (where I'm working on a seven day fast) I've absorbed about a dozen great shows and you have pulled me completely back into the game.
