    I started from episode 1. Lots of great info, truly, but I’m starting to get a little over the toot tooting of these men and their perfect life. I can’t tell them apart, but one fellow just talks about his perfect schedule and has been waxing long about stuff that isn’t IF-related. It’s more about life and work-life balance. It’s starting to feel like a self-help program rather than the science of IF. Maybe they’re struggling about content? I’m hoping they get back on topic rather than life hack... more

    I just finished my first challenge after listening to 250 episodes. I’ve learned so much and appreciate the passion and hard work that you put into each episode. And I cannot believe I never get sick of your intro music, my steering wheel must have indents where I’ve played the organ at the end each and every time! Loved the challenge, I will be back!

    I found the podcast in late November. Started listening to you on my 50 minute commute, so 3-4 everyday. I started at episode 1. I quit dabbling and really focused in January while I was weaning off the glp. I am up to early fall 2023 and waiting for you any comments on glps. I am down a total of 90 lbs. Dec 25 -9 January 26 -21 and Feb 26 -8. Thank you for helping me open my eyes. Looking forward to warm weather to get outside to ramp up the movement. Any advice as I bicycle many miles... more
