    I’ve been doing IF on and off for a couple years. From my highest weight I’m down 55 lbs. I follow quite a few people online, but recently found your show. I’m an instant fan. The emphasis on lifestyle is a subtle but so important difference in the mindset. The default thinking of it as a positive improvement instead of being deprived of something is so important.
