Started listening from episode 1, listen every day and it is very informative and helpful but I feel like Dr. Scott is constantly talking over Tommy and doesn't give him enough chances to speak. It's got to be annoying to Tommy if it's annoying me this much. I've tried to ignore it but as I'm getting g further through the episodes it's bothering me more and more. Tommy is the one who got you started on this Dr. Scott and you seem to steamroll right over him during your podcast every episode.

Stumbled onto this incidentally just typing “fasting” in the search bar. The information on this podcast is gold. I have basically immersed myself in your podcast world. I did one challenge and just the fact that I was being held accountable had a huge impact on my ... more

I also have read many of their book recommendations (atomic habits, obesity code, salt sugar fat, etc). I was 230 at my heaviest and am now at 173.
I hadn’t gotten diabetes yet (or at least not diagnosed) but I was surely on that path, but now my blood sugar levels are exceptional, I take no meds, and I’m doing pull-ups ... more
