  • Great Tips for Getting Through Situations

I’ve listened to every episode of this podcast and episode 311 was probably the best, most actionable advice I’ve heard the guys provide. I absolutely love the best day vs floor day comparison as a tool to keep guardrails in when the plan doesn’t work out. I’ll definitely be re-listening to this one.

  • New to fasting

I’m about four weeks into intermittent fasting. I love it and I’m already seeing results. Every morning I walk for an hour and listen to two episodes of fasting for life. I started back at episode one. While I’m walking, it gives me more knowledge every day about fasting, but also I use it as motivation to make it through the day. Keep up the great work guys!
