Overall, this is a great podcast when it comes to fasting. I do find the topics and information to be valuable. However, with so many episodes in, I am shocked that the host have not invested in better podcast microphones.
Something like the Shure MV7 or Podmic would do wonders for the show.

This podcast has a lot of great information. Contrary to much of the terrible weight loss advice we’ve been given for many decades. Lost 50 lbs on my way to 50 more !!!
I’ll go back and listen to this episode many times. I really enjoy hearing/learning about motivation and how the brain works
