  • Love it 👍🏼👍🏼

This is the best podcast about IF to my knowledge. In each and every episode you can learn something new. It’s just like listening to friends and whenever you need some support to get back on track this is the podcast to listen to. 5/5

  • Love love love but

Do not listen to people who say that Jen doesn't let the subjects talk. It's really important that she guides them through their whole stories and when she doesn't, it's not nearly as interesting

I just had to add that to this thing I wrote before I saw some of those reviews: Gin is amazing and this is absolutely one of the best podcasts out there on any topic. I have listened to every single episode and repeated something too. Which brings me to episode 474… I am about halfway into it right n... more

    ⭐️ ⭐️

Unfortunately I feel this podcast has lost its appeal! It used to be so good but feel like guests are talked over the top of and don’t get a chance to tell their stories much anymore ! And alot lately have been focused on hormone replacement therapy ! I think Gin maybe getting paid to promote it ! Sad 😢 as it Supp to be about fasting . Will be unfollowing the show !

  • Just ok..

Ugh.. great concept, too bad the host seems not at all genuine .. listened to a few episodes.. in one she says there is no money to be made in intermittent fasting but she keeps advertising how her new book is on preorder and to join her online community which is 10 bucks a month … yeah .. ok … also quiet often they go into how this is not a diet and not an eating disorder .. but in the same breath this particular guest stated how her fasts got longer and longer until she settled on eating ever... more
